Tucked away in the ‘heel’ of Italy’s boot-shaped peninsula, Puglia is a region bursting with charm. Life moves at a slower pace here, where you can enjoy beautiful renaissance towns with rich history and ancient architecture. We will visit Lecce, known as the “Florence of the South” a well-preserved cultural heritage city, as well as some of the most beautiful Italian villages: Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello a UNESCO heritage site.
Whether you walk through remarkable historical sites, take a cooking class, stroll the streets, enjoy culinary traditions or simply sit at a cafe and watch the world go by as in “La Dolce Vita”, you will undoubtedly have a wonderful time.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
- Arrival and welcome Dinner
Benvenuti in Italia! Upon your arrival at the Airport, our private driver will transfer you to your accommodation. Welcome dinner and overview of itinerary.
DAY 2: Lecce
- Lecce City Tour
- Breakfast, dinner, snacks
We begin with a morning yoga class, followed by breakfast. Afterwards we will drive to Lecce to meet our local guide for an in-depth tour of Lecce’s history and culture. We will take breaks to enjoy some delicious local snacks. Relaxing time and dinner in the farmhouse.
DAY 3: Alberobello & the Trullis
- Tour of the Trullis
- Breakfast, lunch
This morning, after breakfast, we will drive to Alberobello a world heritage town for a guided tour of some of the most beautiful and best preserved Trullis. Afterward we will lunch in a Trullo Garden, tasting the best of gastronomic recipes and regional wines. Restorative Yoga when we return to the farmhouse.
DAY 4: Cooking class
- Pasta Cooking Class
- Visit Nardo
- Breakfast, lunch, aperitivo
This morning, after yoga and breakfast, we make our way to the house of a local chef for a pasta cooking class that includes a delightful history lesson of traditional foods in Puglia Region. After the class we will enjoy our own hand-made pasta, accompanied with wines of the region. In the afternoon we will drive to Nardo for an evening aperitif and snacks.
DAY 5: Ostuni

- Olive Oil tasting tour
- Breakfast, dinner, snacks
After breakfast. we will travel to the stunning white hill town of Ostuni, perched on a scenic bluff that overlooks Valle D’Itria. We will meet our tour guide for a more in-depth introduction of the town. We will enjoy some private time in town, then we will head to an olive oil farm for a tasting tour. Restorative Yin Yoga and dinner in the farmhouse.
DAY 6: Polignano a mare
- Polignano a Mare “tuk-tuk” tour
- Mozzarella and Burrata tour in a Masseria
- Breakfast, dinner, snacks
This morning, after yoga and breakfast, we’re off to the village of Polignano A Mare – a town built upon a hilltop with sweeping views of the mediterranean sea. A tuk-tuk ride will make for a fun time in town. We will enjoy some gelato in one of the most famous ice cream harbor in the region. We will then drive to an authentic Apulian farmhouse for a tour of the production of fresh milk and delicious cheeses. Tasting of different sorts of cheese with snacks will be provided. Dinner in our farmhouse.
DAY 7: farmhouse

After our morning yoga class and breakfast, we will enjoy a leisure day in the grounds of our farmhouse. Afternoon yoga class will be followed by a special farewell dinner.
